Tres islas aparecen como personajes en tres originales historias. En la primera, la isla se enamora de un náufrago que llega a ella y trata de retenerlo desplegando su más rica flora y fauna. En el segundo, el protagonista logra llegar a la Isla de la Suerte, pero no sabe si todo lo que le ocurrió en ella es buena o mala suerte. El territorio de la Isla de la Paz, en el tercer cuento, está dividido en dos partes, en cuyos extremos viven dos pueblos muy distintos que protagonizarán sorprendentes sucesos cuando crucen la frontera que los separa. Three islands appear as characters in three original stories. In the first, the island falls in love with a castaway who arrives on it and tries to retain him by displaying its richest flora and fauna. In the second, the protagonist manages to reach the Island of Luck, but he does not know if everything that happened to him on it is good or bad luck. The territory of the Island of Peace, in the third story, is divided into two parts, at whose ends live two very different peoples who will star in surprising events when they cross the border that separates them.
